3 day diet Round 3 Results (Shout Out to BIG MIKE): 9 more lbs!
So I lost one less pound this week. A loss of 9 still puts me at a 29 lbs deficit from the beginning 3 weeks ago. And you know what folks- I feel Damn good! And LOOK it too!
Now the results are tricky I wont lie. When you get down to the nitty gritty I’ve only kept off about 17-18 lbs. After every diet I have one heavy binge day. Smart? I don’t really care. I believe in rewarding myself. Plus my body needs some quick love to maintain all the effort I’ve put in to build and shape mass. And the results of this crash/fad diet have been worth it.
My new strategy is something like this: Carve up and diet for 3 days, then eat well and do mass building exercises for the next four days as well as increased rest. During the diet I made sure I did cardio and tried not to cheat at all. Now this week I failed at both but my cheats were small and the lack of exercise daily was more due to having to pursue business ventures- I will not let Dieting supersede my desire for self-sufficiency, freedom, riches, and a nasty little Porsche 911 (see http://changeinadvance.com for more on that). The good news was that I covered a great event and did not take advantage of any of the great food or open bar. I stuck to business and let my mind lead me to greater times.
What I’ve come to learn on this diet is that I’ve lost the weight not due to dieting- but due to Discipline. Anyone can diet and half the world seems to. However it is the discipline to not just diet, but follow through- and then repeat the process. Is it hard? Quite. Will I do it again? Of course. I plan on going for round 4 on Monday and dropping 10+ lbs. Why? Why Not? My waist and face look smaller and my muscle mass looks bigger as the ratios are changing. Also my arms and chest look vastly more defined, aka it’s a WIN WIN.

3 Day Diet Menu Plan
The Military Diet, or the 3 day diet plan, is a short term diet where you can lose up to 10 pounds a week. The actual diet plan for the Military Diet is detailed below.
DRINKS:
Water is the only thing you can drink on the Military Diet. And drink as much as you can!
DAY 1:
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Dinner
3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 2
Breakfast
1 egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers
Dinner
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 3
Breakfast
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Lunch
1 hard boiled egg (or cooked however you like)
1 slice of toast

1 cup of tuna
