I CAME, I ATE, I CONQUERED.

Jay Cutler knows food and diet- wait bump that nonsense- that sheer eating wins wars.  The fed body grows, heals, builds, and dominates  best when the tank is full.  Sleep and lifting are important but the body needs fuel or nothing happens.  A guy said he wasn’t growing, my friend says what do you eat?  He says tuna, all day, a lot of tuna.  The problem right there was that he was only eating one thing.  Not enough carbs or fats there either.  Carbohydrates and both good and bad fats are needed by the body.  Now you look at that meal- it is about a half pound of beef, at least 4-6 eggs, 2-3 cups of oatmeal, and half a cup or so of blueberries.  Leave out the water and coffee and there is one heck of a meal.  Good carbs, protein, fats, and a heck of a lot of taste.
Want mass? Eat more.  Jay Cutler is known to squeeze in up to 10 meals a day so he can fuel gains.
